Incase you are really not happy with your purchase we can offer you an exchange provided it is in new and unused condition with tags attached. If your item shows any signs of wear, it will be returned to you and your exchange voided. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Please note: the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for sending it back to us and for the new item incase of exchange.
We are not accountable for any damages to the product once it is shipped to the delivery address. However, we do ensure the garment is sealed correctly before being mailed and all products are quality checked before being mailed.

We offer shipping for delivery within Australia and internationally via Australia Post and DHL.
Orders within Australia incur a flat rate of $12 shipping fee and will be sent with standard shipping. Express post rate is $20 for Australia-wide shipping.
For International orders please contact us regarding shipping fee as it will be different according to the country it is going to.
We cannot be held responsible if incorrect details are given, or if your postal slip or item is stolen. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, and your item is returned to us, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.
Please understand that once an item is shipped it is out of our control and liability rests with the shipping company. From our end, all we can do is track the parcel with the tracking number given by them.
